Skippy John
Skippy John came to Colebrook on the 6th October. Every class participated in a skipping workshop. Children were taught the benefits of skipping to support a healthy heart.
Children were introduced to a range of skills from a simple bounce to cross overs, paired skipping, double unders and much more.
